Sit. Stay. Love. – 2019 Book 48

Sit. Stay. Love.Sit. Stay. Love. by Karis Walsh
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I definitely enjoyed this sweet, funny romance. I absolutely loved the author’s last book and thought I’d like this one at least as much but, alas, not quite. While there was good chemistry and I liked all of the characters – even the secondary ones – it was a bit too predictable with the job situation and I felt like I was just waiting for it to happen because it seemed so obvious.

I’m glad there was no “is she or isn’t she” or community issues with the f/f aspect of the story, and the angst was pretty low-level. Loved that the couple were upfront in their communication and expectations! With all of that out of the way, I could enjoy their relationship and love the doggies.

I’ll be waiting for the next book by Ms. Walsh.

Thanks to Netgalley and BSB for the opportunity to read and review this one!
